Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Items must be in original condition with tags still attached
• Items must not be worn, used, or altered in any way

Return Process

1. Contact at the website Contact Us page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued once the returned items pass inspection at our warehouse
• The refund method will be based on the original payment method

Exceptions

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or damaged
